Silver, brass, enamel. Attached with small rivets to a cobalt-blue enamelled ring-shaped area are punched brass figures in relief: a young woman and man reaching up to ring two bells; a basket of flowers and lying dog are below their feet. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals. Pierced brass hands.
